Introduction to the Yoga Philosophy

There are two kinds of people seek Yoga: those who have realized that life can offer something far more interesting than some peace, some stability and some happiness, and those who cannot manage their way of life and live in permanent conflict, without peace, no stability and no happiness. The state of dissatisfaction may occur by having as by not having.

The awakening to this state of dissatisfaction with life is an act of consciousness and occurs in many people. Most do not realize it and continue trying to work things only in external form and in many cases, falling on new mechanisms of escape. Some see in Yoga a lifeline, but still expect a mystical force that can happen and the sky suddenly opens up in their lives.
